About the Millennium Fellow

Halima Nabirye is a passionate and hardworking Nursing student at Muni University currently in her final year of study.
She was born in Iganga, Uganda 2000 and currently studying in Arua, Uganda. She has always displayed outstanding leadership capabilities in the different leadership positions taken up by her. She has been passionate about making a positive impact in her patient's lives and advocate for their justice to proper quality of care.
This has been clearly seen where she headed the patient centered care movement
Africa in her University and her performance in different projects with her colleagues.
Halima aspires to be an advocate in a professional field where she can apply her knowledge, experience and skills and also contribute to the implementation of the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals.
