" I'm excited to improve my leadership skills, which I had previously neglected, through interaction with other student leaders from around the world. I get to understand what has worked for others and how I may use their successes to improve my community and my mentorship course. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Inua Msichana

This initiative is centered on providing mentorship to young girls, with the goal of equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the future. The mentorship aspect involves guidance and support as the girls navigate their academic and career goals. The training component focuses on developing skills that are relevant and in-demand in today's job market, such as technology, problem-solving, and communication. The overall objective is to empower these girls with the tools they need to succeed and to provide them with a network of support to help them achieve their full potential.
