Kwalya Isaac Newton is a 22 year old competent Uganda studying a bachelor's degree in nursing science at mbarara university of science and technology western Uganda... Having born in kapchorwa district of Ugandan, he has proven to be an academically active young man and optimistic that he has better plans for the globe to impact it for the better tomorrow
