" I have dreamt about this project since long and through Millennium Fellowship ,i believe I shall have the like minded people who wants to contribute to the society . The compassion to advocate about rights to the children has been my dream because I have seen the compassion of children to learn in bhume devi higher secondary scholl and a chain system to let people aware by the awared shall make better impact . "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Sagyan
The goal of the "Sagyan" project, as the name suggests, is to teach everyone the fundamentals of the law. It will be a chain system of awareness where we will start from Bhume Devi Secondary School in Nuwakot. The students will then launch a similar campaign to teach other individuals of Gogane under our supervision. Similarly, those individuals shall raise awareness in their respective arenas.
However, we would be analyzing the campaign's effects over a three-month period using a report module. According to the findings of the report, we will lead such a campaign through the individual whom we taught in the neighboring districts of Charghare and Thulogaun. We believe that every individual should put their knowledge to use. It is not possible to launch a campaign solely through members of the project, so the participant must first be a learner, then a teacher, creating a chain system that allows this project to reach a large number of people.
About the Millennium Fellow
Qurisha shahi is hardworking, passionate girl doing her bachelors in law from national law college . She was born and brought up in kathmandu nepal .The passion to give back to the society has always reflected from her actions . During her childhood , she used to donate her books to the PA nepal and now she is regular visitor and favourite sister of the children . She believes everyone has right to fulfill their basic needs and has dream to advocate about fundamental rights . The compassion within her regarding reach of fundamental rights to the people has always shine bright in her eyes .
