Millennium Fellowship Project: Justajoo
Our goal is to provide students with technology, through which they can learn and practice different technical skills (Web Development, Graphic Desigining, Data Science etc.) Furthermore, we will provide them with the resources needed for their education and careers so that they can be more comfortable in their future careers.
We will contact professional experts in respective technical fields to provide these students training and guide them about technical practices to get successful in freelanicing and other areas. In order to help students find success in freelancing and related fields, our project uses a process that assesses aptitude levels. The first step is a simple aptitude test that measures potential IQ and problem-solving skills. Once we have evaluated this information, we select students based upon their knowledge and ability to work in the field.
To make our program successful, we will raise enough money to buy computers for poor students. We will partner with other welfare-based organizations to gain necessary funds. With their help, we can improve the students' profiles at freelancing sites and get them hired at lucrative technology firms. We will also measure metrics like student attendance, test scores, skills learned, and whether any student was able to earn income throguh our project.
