" I am delighted to become a member of the Millennium Fellowship, it gives me a sense of fulfillment and the opportunity to leverage not only my locality, the globe inclusive using the Millennium Fellowship stage.

It is a privilege, and rare honour to become a member to serve humanity and become an influencer of a better tomorrow using the Sustainable Goals as a mantle wrought literacy prowess. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Compassion for Humanity

I am working on a Campus project along side other Fellows of my campus.
Compassion for Humanity's project promotes high-quality education and healthy living among children, adults, and the elderly. The project seeks to give sustainable solution to trauma by raising public awareness and educating the public about trauma and trauma-related issues, causes, and ways to handle them and by empowering people via education and skill development for the advancement of Humanity. It briefly addresses problems the general public faces daily due to those issues and difficulties.

About the Millennium Fellow

Oluwabunmi Ruth AKINTOLA is an ardent reader, and a champ, her quest for knowledge made her further her studies from The Polytechnic Ibadan to the University of Obafemi Awolowo, Ile-Ife, Nigeria to become an Urban Planner.

She was born in Lagos State, Nigeria. She has been a reader from when she was a little girl, using up her feeding money to buy books to read.

This desire grew from candlelight to a wildfire that she cannot curtail; the quest for knowledge.

She thought it well to extend this glimmer of hope to the younger generation by guiding them with the prints on the pathway of becoming "a Purposeful You.''

She envisages a purposeful education system where reading becomes a habit not a tool for punishment, education is prioritized, and encourages the students to look beyond the present predicament of the educational system.

Oluwabunmi looks forward to expanding her tentacles in influencing the world by sharing and promoting one of the United Nations' Sustainable Goals; quality education for all.
