Millennium Fellowship Project: Compassion for Humanity
Compassion for Humanity's project promotes high-quality education and healthy living among children, adults, and the elderly. The project seeks to give sustainable solution to trauma by raising public awareness and educating the public about trauma and trauma-related issues, causes, and ways to handle them and by empowering people via education and skill development for the advancement of Humanity. It briefly addresses problems the general public faces daily due to those issues and difficulties.
About the Millennium Fellow
Mary Omolola, OKEAGBO is a bright and young Nursing science student of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun state, Nigeria. She was born in Iseyin on the 27th of February, 1997 to the family of Mr. and Mrs. Olayinka Okeagbo. She resides in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. She's currently an undergraduate at the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University (Great Ife).
Since she got help from her traumatic sexual abuse experience, Mary has been a sexual abuse enthusiast. She has always been passionate about helping victims of sexual abuse to recover mentally, curb further occurrences and bring offenders to justice.
She has been helping teenagers and youths with related issues in her own little way, and through her outstanding leadership, she plans to continue in line with this.Mary aspires to reach out to more people and provides her contribution to the development of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
