Millennium Fellowship Project: Compassion for Humanity

Compassion for Humanity's project promotes high-quality education and healthy living among children, adults, and the elderly. The project seeks to give sustainable solution to trauma by raising public awareness and educating the public about trauma and trauma-related issues, causes, and ways to handle them and by empowering people via education and skill development for the advancement of Humanity. It briefly addresses problems the general public faces daily due to those issues and difficulties.

About the Millennium Fellow

EKUNDAYO Oluwadamilare is an innovative Problem solver with agile performance history.
Adroit in Youth development, Zero hunger, Poverty Alleviation, and Quality education. He has
over the years, trained thousands of young minds to get up and start fulfilling their goals to help
them interact with life more positively via platforms provided by several organizations. He is the
Founder and Executive Director of @YTOP Global (www.ytopglobal.org), an NGO fixated at
building potential champs through self-discovery and development coaching with a view of
making planetary relevant individuals who are imparting their locality positively with about 8000
young leaders reached in Nigeria through teamwork and collaboration. He is an active member of
the Young African Leaders Initiative, an alumnus of YALI RLC Accra Ghana, and also a UN
Millennium Fellow at the United Nations Academy Impact.
Oluwadamilare is a certified Project Management Professional from International Project
Management Center, USA and He also owns an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration under
Tekedia Institute, Boston, USA. He offers expertise in overseeing all aspects of project planning from
budgeting resources allocation to ensuring quality deliverables while achieving complete
compliance to contract terms and conditions. He has handled several local, national and
international projects delivering results on Zero Hunger, Youth Empowerment, Poverty
Reduction, and Quality Education to mention a few by the United State Department of State (US
Consulate Lagos), Mastercard Foundation, Nuffic, University of Michigan, Feed The Future by
United State Government Global Hunger and Food Security Initiative.
Oluwadamilare has functioned in critical positions in tackling knowledge deficiencies of Nigerian
undergraduates’ organizational skills causing unemployment as he works as Operations Lead at Vintage
Centre (www.vintagecentre.org) where he shares the knowledge with other professionals to aspiring
corporate and enterprise leader needed for advantage and relevance across campuses in Nigerian
Institutions with collaboration with licensing institution like Agile Project Management
Consortium, US, UTIVA, PMHub, GLI, and International Project Management Association
(IPMA) with about 5000 students trained in Nigeria.
Oluwadamilare has won several awards and recognition globally for his immense contribution to the
human capital development, community development, and agro-involvement of youth in Nigeria.
Oluwadamilare is a 500l student (a finalist) of Animal Sciences, Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU). He
was the erstwhile Students Internship Coordinator who coordinated about 400 interns while undergoing his
B.A study in the Faculty of Agriculture, OAU, Ile-Ife in Nigeria, an alumnus of Corporate Farmers
International E-Learning Academy, and a Global Ambassador for MyfarmBase Africa.
Oluwadamilare is the Founder of Global Agrodelight Company, a registered brand to enhance food
security in the nation, through sustainable youth involvement in Agribusiness to save the future of
our dear nation and He has partnered with organizations to advocate for food security and has
organized several seminars for farmers and agricultural enthusiasts on food security and food
production techniques, AgriTech, Home gardening, and operational designs. He is driven by his
commitment to human capital growth and he hopes to witness a completely liberated, poverty alleviated,
and zero Hunger soc
