Millennium Fellowship Project: Mentor A Teen
This project tagged MENTOR A TEEN is a project targeted at as many as 1000 teenagers all around the world who are willing to be mentored and guided in choice making in the stages of their life.
The project involves creating awareness and platform through which interested teenage mentee can sign up for mentorship opportunity with professionals in diverse fields. These professionals, after undergoing required training sessions and given proper orientation, will offer to serve as mentors to interested mentee with challenges related to each of their fields, thereby promoting quality education.
After this session, each mentored mentee who will like to settle in skill acquisition careers are sponsored on free skill acquisition and then these first batch volunteers to be the trainers of the next batch of enrolled and mentored teens.
Hence, A MENTORSHIP foundation as well as a FREE SKILL ACQUISITION foundation is borne out of this project.
About the Millennium Fellow
Adegboyega Oluwadamilola Rachael is a vibrant, diligent and dedicated young lady. Oluwadamilola was born, bred and resides in the city of Lagos, Nigeria. She is passionate about the future and everything positive that comes in it. She is a 200 level student of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State(Nigeria), where she is currently studying Public Administration. She belongs to several organisations where she contibutes meaningful quota respectively.
Oluwadamilola is always ready to learn new skills, relearn and unlearn. Throughout her elementary and high school years, her intelligence and leadership goals drives her to serve in several associations dutifully.
She continues this in the future and hopefully, with her skills, structure more projects that contributes to the development of the sustainable development goals.
