" As a part of various initiatives like the Save Soil Movement and Cauvery Calling, I have to lead teams of people oftentimes. Mostly the teams are of volunteers, so they are willing to work and hence, are easy to manage. But, volunteering also means that no one specialises in the job they are assigned to do and that gets me, their leader, in a tricky spot. I want to learn effective strategies of leadership from the Millennium Fellowship. "
Millennium Fellowship Project: Save Soil Movement
Soil pollution is often the most neglected kind of pollution. Most policies to save environment are aimed towards reducing air and water pollution but the soil is in grave danger right now and we need to save it. I am a part of Isha Foundation's Save Soil Movement, also called Conscious Planet.
