We went to nearby villages, distributed sanitary pads, helped rural women understand menstrual hygiene. We also taught the young girls a bit and helped them with their school work
About the Millennium Fellow
Dhwani Goyal is an ambitious young law student at Jindal Global Law School. Born in Agra, the city of Taj Mahal, she has been passionate about Women’s rights and equality for as long as she can remember. She has aspired to bring change in society ever since she was little and therefore desires to be in a professional field where she can make a difference by promoting the rights of women and helping in achieving social justice. Through the Millennium Fellowship, she is taking her first step towards realising this dream.
