" Living at the foothills of the Himalayas has brought me closer to nature. I aim to listen to nature’s plight and work towards its preservation. Being a part of the Millennium Fellowship will enhance my leadership qualities along with critical analysis skills. It will help me further my goals in alignment with the UNAI principles and SDGs. I look forward to connect with like-minded individuals through this platform provided to me. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Breaking Down, Ship-Breaking Down

The project looks at the ship-breaking industry to analyse and understand its networks of stakeholders (both human and non-human). Within the project, shipbreaking is understood as an entity that includes worker rights, human and community health, demolition practices, marine and other natural ecosystems, and all other relevant factors and agents. The aim is to diagrammatically imagine the various stakeholders in the process and their impact on one another.
