" Well, learning is a very useful and good thing and even more so when it comes to leadership. This leadership that I hope to develop here could be extremely important to improve the experience in my projects, keep volunteers motivated and serve many aspects in my personal life. This would lead to great impacts and social contributions in my local context and university. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: GoIng

GOing is a project by university students for university students that seeks to offer free, quality and open private classes. In addition, we manage massive classes prior to the interrogations and students, where people can solve their doubts.
We hope to keep our number of volunteers and increase our positively impact from 600-700 lives to 1000 (10 events with 100+ students).

About the Millennium Fellow

Felipe García González is a motivated and supportive student of Industrial and Computing Engineering. He was born and lives in Santiago de Chile and studies at the Pontifical Catholic University. He has always been interested in and highlighted by his concern for others, especially those who are newcomers or who are in a disadvantaged position, and for the environment. This has led him to participate in several projects, such as Tutores, Scout and Going. In the first, first-year students are guided, the second seeks a holistic development of teenagers, and the third seeks to help students academically for free.
