" I am excited to be able to enhance my leadership skills and acquire more knowledge, by being better prepared I will be able to be a better contribution to "Trabajos de Invierno". I am currently teaching a teaching assistant for an effective communication course, so I think the Millennium Fellowship will enhance my previous knowledge. Collaborative work and the experience of meeting other people makes me look forward to what is to come. "

During the first part of the year, I dedicated 15 hours per week to it; in previous years it was about 5 hours per week, during the work, 11 full days (these are done annually).
About the Millennium Fellow
Francisca is a young enthusiast, creative and interested in her social environment. She has lived all her life in Chile, she is currently studying Industrial Civil Engineering at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, but she would love to study design in the future. Her family has managed to move in Chilean society and have a better economic situation, which is why she is interested in social equity, which has led her to participate in different volunteering and is currently the head of one. The feminist movement has also been important in her life, so she seeks to bring those principles to different spaces.
