" I'm excited to be a Millennium Fellow because I consider that this opportunity will help me to enhance my leadership and project managemente skills while also will help me to amplify my horizonts and knowledge about social impact. Since I'm interested on working on a heading which involves the protection of human rights (the reason why I'm studying law) the improvement of those skills will help me to be more aligned with that goal and give me tools to reach it. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Creciendo en amor y seguridad

This project is focused on acting in front of the physical and emotional violence against children. In that order, this project proposes to give information about positive parenting, mental health and the rights of children, since the social causes of this issue in Rimac has been proved to be the unknowledge of other ways of parenting apart from the ones the new parents have experienced as kids. Following that, the plan is to apply workshops with this information in a practical way and create a safe space for families.
