About the Millennium Fellow

Pacifique DUSABIMANA is a Conservation Agriculture Student at Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture (RICA) who experientially learns and practices modern crop production and livestock farming practices. He is a social-media influencer sharing what is trending in agriculture to engage and empower more youths joining this sector.
Pacifique believes that farming will not only address poverty and youth unemployment but also is the foundation for sustainable development for Africa starting with local communities. In addition to being a farmer, he was also trained via UN CC E-learning about sustainable diet and climate change.
