Millennium Fellowship Project: Worm Farming

The worm farming project is the project of rearing earthworms to produce organic, nutrient-rich compost for use in farms. The project focus is on creating the best conditions for worm development, reproduction, and health. Worm castings are the most nutrient-rich fertilizer. The project makes money by selling both worms and vermicompost.

About the Millennium Fellow

Ines Benitha ISINGIZWE ,is brilliant,responsible,and competitive agriculture student at the Rwanda Institute for conservation agriculture.She was born in Rwanda and resides in Kigali.For as long as she could remember,Ines has always been passionate about agriculture.Through her high school years and currently in her college years, she successfully developed extensive leadership skills and multiple qualities through different club organisation and student leadership responsibility.she is dedicated to improving her leadership skills and regularly learn new ways to bring a fresh approach in agriculture and contribute to the development of the United Nations's sustainable Goals.
