Millennium Fellowship Project: Green Gasange
Briefly, this project called GREEN GASNGE is a project which is related to agriculture with the mission of helping my sector called GASANGE to get developed in a way that environment and nature are maintained by planting different trees such as cover crops which can be used to fix nitrogen in the soil as one way of conserving agriculture so, as one who is studying conservation agriculture, I chose to do this project for contributing to my sector to manage the environment and initiating the new method of farming regarding the principle of conservation agriculture and one health for serving to all people according to their living standard thus the poverty and low-quality education get solved through extension services.
About the Millennium Fellow
I am Sylvestre KAROREO an excellent, young, globally, and undergraduate student in conservation agriculture at Rwanda Institute for conservation agriculture (RICA). I was born in Rwanda, and I am currently studying in an international based program in agriculture at RICA located in the East part of Rwanda in the Bugesera district, I am passionate about advocacies for youth wellbeing and human rights. Throughout my high school years and currently in my college years, I have successfully organized various technical projects and youth wellbeing advocacies. With my outstanding leadership, I am planning to continue in future. I am encouraged to solve the SDGs of zero hunger and capacity building as I am advancing in my field of agriculture
