Millennium Fellowship Project: FIXER Organic Farming

FIXER will help farmers involved in organic farming by providing extension services, also fixer will contribute to the awareness of organic farming to the Rwandan citizens as well as the global at lagre. Fixer will make money by selling their own organic products to consumers and organic inputs to farmers.

About the Millennium Fellow

Odile Uwimbabazi is young passionate environmentalist studying at the Rwanda Institute of Conservation Agriculture. She was born in Rwanda and still resides there. Odile decided to study conservation agriculture to achieve her goals of protecting the environment, specifically from pesticide toxicity. She will be able to realize her dreams with the help of her leadership abilities, the promotion of productive behaviors, and event planning. Odile strives to be a part of the environmental protection movement by advocating for and encouraging farmers to practice organic farming for environmental sustainability.
