Millennium Fellowship Project: Agri-Tech Booster
Agritech Booster project is desgined to empower local villages with new and
appropraite precise agriculture technology in Africa. Our project, currently works with some farmers(15 famers) in Rwamagana, by euiping the farmers with ample modern agiricultural skills, which have proven its power by increasing crop productivity.
Moreover, we are planning to-do expand our services in helping local famers to getting in cooperative and give them access to modern technological tools, like plowing machines and irrigation system among others. I started by taking a look how agriculture was practiced traditionally in Rwamagana,where my highshool was located, but by then, I was not really capable of stepping out and make any impact.
As years wraps up, I finished my high shool and got a chance to join the best agriculture insititute in Agriculture (Rwanda Institute for Conservation
Agriculture): the thing which paved a way for me and resolved to spin up the project
that was going to tackle most of the challenges being faced by those local farmers;
this wasy, I was able to bring out my ideas on the table.
