Millennium Fellowship Project: Xplore

Xplore is an initiative to improve the quality of education given to school students as well as college students (between the age group of 15-22).The initiative focuses on equipping the students with skills necessary to be able to survive in the corporate world. Our major point of focus would be to educate the students on mental health and how to take care of oneself both physically as well as mentally. We plan to start Xplore during the month of August by visiting various schools and colleges. We plan to conduct the sessions in both online as well as offline mode.We would take classes in the field of personal finance,Soft skills and Software skills. These are the skills which are not being promoted in the way they should’ve been promoted at the education institutions. We would conduct sessions on career guidance and the various scholarships opportunities available to the students. Our main target audience would be from our neighborhood in general and the lesser privileged class of students in particular.
