" Clime Pakistan is an independent project led by our campus Fellows. The project aims to promote climate activism in Pakisan ad it is severely facing the catastrophic destruction caused by changing wheathers, heavy rain falls, floods and droughts. The project has won the best social action project award by a well-known youth platform of the country as well. Studnets from different campuses and and volunteers around the country are engaged to in promoting climate activism via this project. During the Millennium Fellowship period (August - December 2022), project Clime Pakistan will host a minimum of three online events. These online events will be a mix film screening, art-making workshops, roundtable discussions, and open mics. We are aiming to reach about 1000 people combined across events. "

About the Millennium Fellow
This is Meeran Assa a boy from a semi urban city Pasni, district Gwadar Balochistan. I am very keen of learning which is why I decided to do more than anyone in my surroundings. I worked very hard and at last I got National Talent Hunt Program scholarship (NTHP) at Sukkur IBA University. I have achieved the first position in Islamic finance challenge which was held by IBA-CEIF in which 42 teams from different universities participated. I got a B+ grade in matric and intermediate exams. I got 1st position in picture describing competition held at Sukkur IBA University and also secured 2nd position in digital arts competition held by Voice of Balochistan. I worked as treasurer of education society and was an active member of Youth Integrity Club and Character-Building Society Sukkur IBA University and I am also one of the founding members of Nosaach (Voice of Youth) Pasni.
