Joseph Alexander Fernandes is a young , passionate and creative individual studying his second year of law school at the reputable Strathmore University. From an early age , he was exposed to various leadership positions having to not only deal with , but organize and resolve issues among big groups of people. This pushed Joseph beyond his years as he had to cope with the various differences and challenges people posed. This led him to discover his passion in psychology , specifically Jungian analytical psychology. It equipped him with the tools not only to identify and navigate various psychological roadblocks in their manifeststion as they differed from individual to individual , but also with the language to convey complex understandings usually encripted by the
primarily internal experience of the same. Once he saw how it transformed his perspective and relationship to the human element in his life, his purpose was set.He now knew that he could endeavor to solve countless social issues by spreading this idea and teaching its application. Furthermore , he saw great potential for growing and intergrating this system in to preexisting systems to create new , more effective and personal human management systems. The notion seemed to be destined for dormancy, up until he was accepted in to the Millennium Fellowship.
