" I believe if people are well informed about their health and well-being and are given assistance where needed, the world will become a better and healthy place to live. Networking, learning, and sharing ideas with like-minded in the Millennium Fellowship will serve as a basis for making my impact felt in my community and unleashing great potential in the world. Am glad to be part of this network of global change markers. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Community and General Health Advocacy/Awareness

My team conducted a survey and discovered that about 75% of people who are treated for a specific disease are reinfected with the same disease due to a lack of knowledge about the preventive measures to take to prevent exposure to such diseases.
To mitigate the cause of this threat to society, our project goal is to eliminate the lack of knowledge about health amongst individuals by conducting outreaches, public awareness, and sensitization campaigns in schools, communities, etc., as well as online through our social media handles
