United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. Over 31,000 young leaders on 2,400+ campuses across 140+ nations applied to join the Class of 2022.  200+ campuses worldwide (just 8%) were selected to host the 3,000+ Millennium Fellows.

About the Millennium Fellow

Portia Opoku is a smart and talented young lady currently pursuing Bachelor of Education in Home Economics; an undergraduate program in the Best University in Ghana; the University of Cape Coast. She is passionate about educating the young but needy persons in her community. She also believes that the foundation of every child's education is the most important, that's why she wants to be a curriculum developer in the future. Portia, over the past few years has reached out to the needy in her community through an outreach program known as "TIA's OUTREACH", she receives massive support from her friends and seeks to reach out to more people. This outreach provides some skills to these ones. She is excited to join this Fellowship to get more knowledge and help her reach out to more young people.
