Millennium Fellowship Project: Reducing Achievement Gaps in Special Education

This project aims to develop my literature review skills by reading various research article. I also write annotated bibliography for each article that I read. The research focus for the articles include Autism Spectrum Disorder, K-12 Education, Inclusion Practice and Teachers. The outcomes of the project are examine the effectiveness of inclusion practice and provide recommendation to improve inclusion practice for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the classroom.

About the Millennium Fellow

Eva Huang is a proactive, curious and hardworking undergraduate student at the University of California, Davis. She is studying Communication with double minors in Education and Professional Writing. Eva has conducted her undergraduate research on misinformation that influences COVID-19 vaccination behaviors in the United States. Eva has always been passionate about disseminating accurate health messages and debunking misinformation for COVID-19 vaccine for her community. Eva participated as an undergraduate student presenter at various research conferences to present her research. She is determined to improve her leadership skills through her participation as a United Nations Millennium Fellow.
