About the Millennium Fellow

Kanyunyuzi Agatha Sandra is a blank sheet. Her chosen values are honesty, kindness, open-mindedness, and a hunger for knowledge. She is currently studying to become a doctor at Uganda Christian University, School of Medicine, and hopefully, leave a lasting mark on her pages. She has only ever lived in Uganda, where she was born, but has come to recognize a restless, adventurous spirit in her to explore the world, culture, art, and people. In the wake of her recovery from anxiety, a passion for mental health was ignited which led to her volunteering at The Buzz cut Foundation (BCF), a mental health organization. Thus far, she has contributed to multiple initiatives under BCF and is currently working on creating a platform that offers mental health-related services to the youth in her country. It is her hope that, eventually, her contributions to this field will help a lot of people and spread to other fields as well.
