" Happy faces are a good source of my inspiration to work for the betterment of society. To perform smoothly, proper knowledge, support, and collaboration are important. The Millennium Fellowship will develop my skill sets by providing acceptable guidelines. Being a Millennium Fellow, I can prepare myself as a true change-maker. I think after this program, my work will be more effective than at present. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Project I

"project I" is a mental health-related project. In Bangladesh, people neglect their
mental health-related problems. They thought that mood off or other mental health-
related issues are the result of bad air which is a superstitious belief. There is a lot of
taboo related to mental health. Even they cannot able to share their thoughts because of the fear of bullying.
Through this project, I want to
1. eradicate taboo.
2. provide them with mental health-related support.
3. Connect them with mental health professionals.
4. Create a team of good listeners so that anyone can share their story freely.
5. provide emergency Support in Suicidal or extreme cases.
