Millennium Fellowship Project: Water Rescue Movement
This project aims to provide advocacy on the need for clear, potable d drinkable waters across the communities surrounding my university. It will also brings experts and facilitators to talk on the need for clean water.
About the Millennium Fellow
Abdulganiyu Abdulrahman Akanbi is a 300 level student of Islamic Studies at Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, Nigeria. He is a freelance journalist with special interest in long-form journalism. He has published articles on both national and international media platforms. He writes on education, corruption, social justice, women, business and development.
Contributing to his community, he advocates for free education inclusive to all genders and peaceful society.
