Millennium Fellowship Project: A Healthy Life on Campus
My project on millennium fellowship class of 2022 with the project falls under SDG3 titled: A Healthy Life on Campus – Eradicate Malaria and other diseases.
A Healthy Life on Campus is a project that centres on how to live a healthy life. As a student of Usmanu
Danfodiyo University Sokoto, I have experienced many students suffering of malaria as
a result of Mosquitoes sting coupled the weather. The course which causes failure during the exam.
The goal is to achieve a healthy environment!
During the period of August-November, we are able to organize a webinar on the said topic with different experts in the field and medical students on how to live a healthy life. I also reached out to ministry of health, for partnership.
About the Millennium Fellow
Hussain Kehinde Wahab, is a law student at the Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto, Nigeria. He is a writer and freelance journalist. His works have appeared on various national media such as The Punch, The Nation, Daily Trust, and Campus Reporter, The Renata, Daily Trust and more.
He sees humanitarian activities as a sole mean to achieve global peace and this could be seen in his works. He always advocate for good governance and ideal society that's devoid of any kind of segregation.
