" Information, critical thinking and innovation coupled with a community of vibrant, goal-oriented inviduals are essential in my vision. Being a part of the Millennium Fellowship will enhance the former and provide the later. This will in turn equip me adequately to make tangible and lasting impacts in my school, community and society at large; in line with the UNAI principles and SDGs. I am eager to participate fully; and learn about ways in realizing and sustaining these goals from brilliant minds. "

About the Millennium Fellow

Ayodeji Boluwatife Elizabeth is a young and visionary medical student at the University of Ilorin. She was born in Nigeria where she also currently resides and studies. For a while now, Boluwatife has been passionate about healthcare availability for every person and ways in which this can be achieved, starting even from her locality. This passion can be traced to her primary area of study, interests in public health, enrollment in online courses focused on healthcare financing and active participation in community health outreaches. She aspires to be a doctor who would take cognisance of those who can't afford adequate healthcare and work with organisations in ensuring that such individuals are appropriately catered for. She'll actively participate in health leadership to ensure that basic and adequate healthcare is provided in her community and beyond; thereby contributing to the development of the United Nations' Sustainable Goals.
