" Being a Millennium Fellow is a great achievement to me because i have always wanted to push forward in my fight against sexual abuse and also in the empowerment of women and children and this is a great platform to do so

It gives me the platform to achieve my goal of advocacy, provides me the opportunity to connect with people and also establish solid networks with people who have similar goals with mine. It will also give me the chance to enhance my leadership skills and increase my capacity building

Being part of the Millennium Fellowship will push me to learn more about the world and how we can come together to make an impact in the world. The most important reason why I’m excited to be a Millennium Fellow is because of the experience I am going to be gaining while pushing forward my project to the world "

Millennium Fellowship Project: The No Sexual Abuse (NSA ) Advocacy

The NSA Advocacy is a project supporting the sustainable development goal 3 (SDG 3 ) which is good health and well being
This project is a life long dream of mine as sexual abuse is a very sensitive and complex topic but is a raging epidemic in today’s society and hence we must not shy away from educating the young and impressionable youth about it. The purpose of the NSA Advocacy is to; educate female Youths on sexual abuse, and its wide spectrum; promote speaking up against sexual abuse occurrences; eliminate the ignorance of victim-blaming and discrimination; and to create a safe-space for the youths.
