Millennium Fellowship Project: Mental Health And Gen Z

Mental health and Gen Z is a movement for the promotion of the mental ealth of GEN Zers.
Mental health is a growing concern for the GEN Z community. According to a recent study, 1 in 5 young people aged 13-18 have experienced a mental health disorder in the past year. This is a significant increase from previous generations, and it is likely due to the increasing pressures of modern life.
The study found that the most common mental health disorders among GEN Zers are anxiety and depression. This is not surprising, given the stressful nature of life today. From the pressure to succeed in school to the pressure to be perfect on social media, there are a lot of things that can trigger anxiety and depression in young people.
It's important to be aware of these risks, and to take steps to protect mental health.
And the goal pof this project is to work on an push for more than awareness but also to check for easier ways to be treated bbecause the future of the world is dependent on the youth. and we need them still mentally capable to rule us
