" As a medical doctor in training and in my journey as an individual, I have grown to be passionate about not just the physical health and well-being but also the wellbeing of the mind.

I believe the state of the mind has a role to play in the maintenance of physical health and in the wholeness and productivity of the individual as a whole.

Being a Millennium Fellow and working on my project in this regard, is an opportunity for me to learn, gain experience, and connect with people from around the world, who share a similar passion as I do.

I am excited about pushing myself out of my comfort zone to achieve my desired goal and I'm also excited to learn everything there is to learn through this experience. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Deeper Than Skin Deep

My project is aimed at educating young people including primary and secondary school students within Kwara state on the importance of their mental health and how to properly maintain their mental health and well-being.
