Millennium Fellowship Project: Eating Healthy Without Having Food Guilt
I ensured I sensitised the students on the need to utilize the local and seasonal foods and I also gave then nutrition tips to help them stay healthy without having food guilt.
About the Millennium Fellow
Barakat Olaniyi is a vibrant, young and jovial undergraduate nutrition student. She was born in Nigeria, resides in Ibadan and is currently studying in federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta, for as long as my memory can take me, Barakat has always been passionate about her advocacies for Good health and well being. She has successfully impacted both young and old about healthy eating. Barakat aspires to be in a professional field where she can cultivate those advocacies further and provide her own contribution in the development of the united nations sustainable goals.
