Millennium Fellowship Project: Education Summit: importance, needs and application of career Education in choosing our career path
I held a Monday education summit theme: Importance, needs and application of career Education in choosing our career path.
This project was aimed to sensitize the student in need for education career path, education has a tool for our freedom and learning others skills in our ever growing society.
This project targeted student from senior secondary school 1- senior secondary school three (ss1-ss3) in Government Secondary School state-housing Calabar -Municipality, Cross River State.
About the Millennium Fellow
Adejumo Florence Boluwatife is a dynamic and energetic student . Who always strive for excellence in all she does. She is currently studying Genetics and Biotechnology at the University of Calabar, Calabar Cross River State. Her passion to create an history and give the masses an opportunity for expression has been a success. She is from Oyo state Nigeria, and schooling in Cross River State, Nigeria. She has a goal for a global world , creating opportunity for young people like her and connecting them with opportunity across the globe.
She believes everyone is a genius. We just need to find what we are best at and focus on it . We all don't have to become a doctor, lawyer, ICT.
If we were given an opportunity to mentorship and assistance regardless of our location or our background, we all are going to be great.
We grow by lifting others up. Early childhood for Florence Boluwatife Adejumo, was challenging. Moving from rural location in her state to the city has created a will and passion , desire to support underrepresented community across Nigeria and in Africa at large. She had time adapting in her acdemics , psychological to accept herself. When she is now better , she felt the will to mentor and educate student in underrepresented community and coaching them ahead for global opportunity.
