Trybes Leadership Community is an online community of transformational leaders who are completely stirred, inspired, motivated and committed to desirable changes in their society. It is a community of young leader who are in their 20's and who desire to live more purposeful lives.
About the Millennium Fellow
Ikwuegbu Ugochukwu is a young and audacious Leader who is passionate about change and sustainability. He was born in Nigeria and currently resides in Enugu in Nigeria. He is also a 400 level medical student of the University of Nigeria, Enugu.
Ugochukwu has been part of various organizations and life-changing projects and this experience has made him realize that "People are the true drivers of change and sustainability." In his own words, "change doesn't bring about change; its people that bring about change." This has made him become intentional about human capital development.
Ugochukwu has served in various leadership positions, contributing to the development of people. The leadership experiences have also given him exposure to project management and human management.
Ugochukwu aspires to be in a professional field which would give him the opportunity to drive transformational and lifelong changes in business and the larger society.
