Millennium Fellowship Project: Dental Hub
Most people carry out projects on female awareness and different things topics, but just a few people do an awareness on dental hygiene. And not just that, in Nigeria, the people don't see their dentist regularly because they are not aware of the importance and sometimes funds. they only see their dentist when it has resulted to a tooth ache or other dental diseases, and in most cases when the finally come to the hospital these diseases has already caused serious damage. so to prevent that, I would be bringing this awareness to them since they can't come to the hospital. so that they may be enlightened on dental hygiene and the number of dental diseases would eradicate.
About the Millennium Fellow
Precious Simeon is a brilliant, determined and courageous young girl. She schools at the prestigious University of Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria. she is a passionate dental student. She was born in Lokoja, Kogi state and resides there.
She believes she has a lot of potential in her and the world starting from her immediate society needs to benefit from them. She's passionate about dental hygiene and eradicating dental diseases. While in school she has conducted symposiums with the aim of creating awareness to her society. She has invited people to attend seminars and conferences still with the aim of creating awareness.
This mindset and passion has pushed her to persevere when it gets tough. She's ready to contribute to United Nations' Sustainable Goals.
