Millennium Fellowship Project: I-Impact Initiative
Project I-Impact, coined from Impacting Individuals, is an initiative that aims to promote digital literacy in Nigeria, particularly among teenagers. I-Impact initiative address SDG Goal 4 – Quality Education: Ensure Inclusive & equitable quality education & promote lifelong learning opportunities for all. Project I-impact aims to improve technical literacy even among tenagers, and advocate for early technical literacy to allow for technically savvy individuals and better empower our youths for technology drvien solutions to the myriad of challenges in the society.
About the Millennium Fellow
Agboola Michael is a student of the faculty of pharmacy, university of Ilorin. He is a passionate young man who is committed to sellf empowerment and development. Also, he loves technology, hence he spends long hours coding and encourages everyone around him to code as well. He is a member of the Data Science Network, university of Ilorin; where he speaks on coding (machine learning) and it's application. He wotks closely with a number of dev community and bootcamps where he also teaches coding and welcomes consultation and guidance to anyone and everyone that reaches out to him for assistance or clarification via any medium. He had organized a number of progrs within his faculty as welll, during which he emphasized the application of technology in pharmaceutical sciences and encouraged the study of technology even within the faculty. He is a strong believer that technology in the hands of many (professional and non-preofessionals alike) will further drive development, as well poers individuals to be self sufficient.
