United Nations Academic Impact and MCN are proud to partner on the Millennium Fellowship. Over 31,000 young leaders on 2,400+ campuses across 140+ nations applied to join the Class of 2022.  200+ campuses worldwide (just 8%) were selected to host the 3,000+ Millennium Fellows.

Millennium Fellowship Project: Earth Climate Justice

This project seeks to create awareness on the detrimental effects on climate change. While seeking partnership through dialogue and good networks, the project will work with schools, local communities and utilise social media to advocate for the actualization of SDG 13.

About the Millennium Fellow

Idris Muhammad is a young African full of curiosity. He is very passionate and dedicated to the Sustainable Development Goals and strongly believes that it will greatly impact global advances and underdevelopment. He is a 26 years old Nigerian studying Medical Radiography at one of the prestigious universities, which is (the University of Maiduguri). He is a mentor who has received and offered leadership training at any given opportunity. As an advocate for development and dividend, he partners with his peers to campaign for the communities that are underdeveloped and attract positive change.
