Millennium Fellowship Project: Earth climate justice

This project seeks to create awareness on the detrimental effects on climate change. While seeking partnership through dialogue and good networks, the project will work with schools, local communities and utilise social media to advocate for the actualization of SDG 13.

About the Millennium Fellow

Naomi Vandi is a young, smart and passionate humanitarian activist. She was born in north-eastern Nigeria, resides in Gombe, Gombe state. And currently studies medical laboratory science in the university of Maiduguri, Nigeria. Naomi has always been passionate and greatly obsess with good health and well being among individuals, specially children. This drive has translated itself from Naomi's experience with national and local non governmental organizations (NGOs) contributing her own quota towards safe practices of health among internal displaced persons as a vulunteer. Naomi has successfully partaken in projects and advocacy campaigns which brought tremendous outcome in the awareness and it's practices among individuals. Naomi aspires to be a great professional and contribute to the the United nations sustainable goal. Naomi looks forward to a greater experience.
