" "For a concept to remain relevant, it must continue to evolve and to change". I have decided to do the work I do as a result of the harmful effects of violence I have come across on the health of citizens and I am excited because the Millennium Fellowship will give me an opportunity and a wider platform to reach the people I need to reach. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: Promoting Good Health/Healthy Lifestyle

The project was aimed at promoting SDG 3 ( The sustainable development goal 3). The project was born out of the need to intervene with the increased morbidity and mortality caused by an unidentified or neglected health problem. The project was aimed to enlighten people about the leading causes of death and disability in this part of the world, how to prevent them ( Featuring lifestyle modification), how to effectively manage them, how to avoid complications and how to live an efficient life while living with them.
The second part is aimed at enlightening adolescents about substance abuse and depression.
