" I am incredibly honored and grateful to have been selected as a Millennium Fellow, because this will serve as a platform to build my leadership skills.
I am thrilled by the knowledge of collaborating with the community of Fellows within my University and also connect with the diverse and bright Fellows across the globe.
Through collaboration, I would especially like to see from new perspectives and participate in a network of ideas created by passionate individuals.
The world needs more passionate change makers and that is what I am here to do as I educate people in my local community who have little to no assess to information. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: One Mind At A Time (OMAT)

One Mind at a Time is a project for the youths. It goes outside the walls of the class room and the regular things being thought on a day to day basis.
OMAT seeks to address the problem of lack of self leadership amongst the youth. It educates the youths on how to lead themselves and grow while doing so.
I believe that if one is able to lead oneself, achieving his or her goals and dreams is inevitable.

About the Millennium Fellow

Enobong Victor Okposin is a dedicated, intelligent, young and focused undergraduate Engineering student at the University of Uyo.
She was born in Akwaibom state in Nigeria and is currently studying petroleum engineering student in Nigeria.
For as long as she could remember, Enobong has been passionate about advocacy for gender equality, child rights and quality education. This drive was birth from the inequality she saw while growing up and the insufficient education she, alongside those around her was exposed to.
Throughout her high school years and currently in her college years, she has been actively involved in leadership and organisation roles taking up positions, successfully completing tasks allocated to her and working in teams to achieve a common goal.
Enobong aspires to be in a professional field where she can work more with advocates and fuel her drive as well as provide her own contributions to the development of the United Nations Sustainable Goals.
