Millennium Fellowship Project: Teens Health

Teens Health is a project that focuses on the range of approaches to preventing, detecting/ treating young people's health and well-being.
The fundamental purpose of this project is to form one's own identity and prepare for adulthood.
This project aims at educating mostly early adolescents generally age 12years to 15years and mid adolescents about the physical/ biological changes and development that occur in their body .
Adolescence can be a exciting, scary, confusing time for young growing teens; so this project will help them know the changes are normal and shouldn't make them shy, know how to maintain good person hygiene and maintain healthy lifestyle.
Within the Millennium Fellowship period (August_December 2022),There would be at least three physical outreaches in different secondary schools in Anambra State, Nigeria where the students will be taught about the changes that comes with adolescence and how to manage those changes.
In each outreaches, at least 50 _100 students would be hosted in the program.
There will also be friendly interactions amongst the students and my team so as to enable them ask questions and get clarity on any concern they have about changes that comes with adolescence.
Also there will also be a online program where parents with teens will be enlightened on how to manage their teens as adolescence can also be a confusing time for parents too.
