Millennium Fellowship Project: You And I
My project "You and I" is targeted at the societal problems of gender inequality, domestic violence and its crippling effect on the victim.
About the Millennium Fellow
Onuorah Chinedu Princess is a young aspiring fourth year law student at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka Anambra State, Nigeria. She was born and brought up in the city of Lagos Nigeria which is known to be the 'Giant Of Africa'. For as long as she could remember, Chinedu has always been passionate about Social Justice, The Legal practice, and The Rights of Women and Minorities in her country.
Throughout her years in school, she has been a key player in seeing that justice was served on those who wronged others. She once participated in a Mock Trial where she was a counsel that cross-examined the defendant and was highly commanded by the trial judge for being so thorough with her cross-examination.
She is currently the secretary for Liberty Chambers, a mock like law chamber. Chinedu aspires to be in the legal field where she can use her advocacy skills to help the injust ,correct the society and provide her own contributions to the development of the United Nations' Sustainable Goals.
