" There are some tips that if I had gotten before enrolling into my field of study would have helped me alot.I wasn't lucky to get those tips,I didn't know that I could get depressed from just my studies,I have seen students attempt suicide all in the name of results. If we were oriented that school and life as a whole is not a bed of roses,we would have been well equipped for all these challenges.
I learnt the hard way(from experience) and would like to give others the opportunity to be well equipped for the struggle ahead because everyone can't be strong to struggle and come out head high. "

Millennium Fellowship Project: A Mental Wellness Toolbox

It's about letting people know that falling into depression doesn't mean that your life is finished or that all hope is lost.Hiding away from people wont help at all in depression, you have to let in people that care to be around you, they can help you rise from your lowest point. You can fall so low, maybe even loose your identity but you can still rise so high from your lowest point and do exploits. There is still hope as far as you're still alive.
This project will create awareness on the causes, symptoms and therapy for mental disorder
