Providing support to a team of physically challenged people that work to create mobility aids from recycled paper and cardboard for children with disabilities.
About the Millennium Fellow
Lisa Nyirenda is a vibrant, intelligent and social girl. She was born in Lusaka City and is the first child in a family of 3 girls. She did her schooling in chipata estern part of Zambia and is now in her final year studying Biomedical Sciences at the University of Zambia in Lusaka city. As far as she can remember , she has been passionate about leadership and found herself holding various leadership positions. She likes helping her community and giving back to society because she believes it takes a community to raise child
