Millennium Fellowship Project: Youth 4 Health Initiative
It is an initiative by the youth to improve access to medication for the elderly in our community. This is done by both educating them on compliance to medication for chronic illness and improving access to the medication for those that live very far or are alienated from primary healthcare.
About the Millennium Fellow
Alice Ndegwa is a 26 year old lady from Nairobi Kenya. She is currently in her last year studying medicine at the University of Nairobi Chiromo campus.She loves writing and is currently in the process of publishing her first book. She is passionate about youth leadership and is a youth leader at her local church. She is also passionate about bringing health closer to the ordinary Kenyan improving accessibility to quality and affordable healthcare for all.
