Millennium Fellowship Project: Unganisha Initiative
Unganisha is Swahili for link. The main aim of the initiative is to link Gender Based Violence survivors to legitimate counselling services which is one of the steps in finding healing.
About the Millennium Fellow
Chelangat Faith Wendy is a student who has majored in Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Nairobi awaiting to graduate in December 2022. Chelangat is also very passionate in achieving social sustainable impacts in Nairobi County, Kenya. She is a founder of Community Based Organization, Upendo Mtaani, a foundation which champions for the protection of the SDGs in the society. She also hopes to have acquired. masters degree in the next 5 years on Public Health which will help accelerate sustainable impact to the society.
