Millennium Fellowship Project: Phasing Out Paper Currency: The Irony Behind Growth & Development
The Author has titled the Project, ‘PHASING OUT PAPER CURRENCY: The irony behind Growth & Currency’. The project encompasses the demerits of paper currency to the world economy, the environment and ultimately its impact to economic growth. As already evident, the primary SDG addressed by the project will be SDG 8 that revolves around ‘DECENT WORK & ECONOMIC GROWTH’
About the Millennium Fellow
Kiarie Mark Muturi is an undergraduate law student at the University of Nairobi Parklands in Nairobi, Kenya. He was born on the 7th of January 2002 in Nairobi, Kenya. Since his Nascent days, he has cultivated a culture of Environmental conservation owing to the detriment the contrary has engendered in his country. He took up a Bachelor in Law for he believes that the legal sphere as a forum will aid in his clamour for Environmental conservation. He recently decided to accent his sentiments to the Global community and resorted to the MCN as recourse. His additional fervor in economic growth and corporate affairs has seen him couple the corporate realm to their duty of environmental conservation, social justice and economic growth. The ultimate quest he seeks to achieve, His vision for a prosperous and harmonic global community, SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT.
